Not sure if there are more gadget boys or gadget girls but one thing is for sure and that is I am clueless to what type of woman would want adjustable breast implants, but this is just what this product lets you do (inflate and deflate your cleavage).
What do you guys and girls think? Should this make us despair for women?
The idea behind this is that the implants are popped in as normal, but leave a port hanging around inside your body which can then be adjusted by a surgeon if you later change your mind on the cup size…I guess I understand that bit but just think about it.
