What’s the world’s smallest phone

We have been trying to find out what the world’s smallest phone is, so we have put together a few we have found and would like you to confirm if one of these is the world’s smallest phone or is it another.

Xun Chi 138
The Xun Chi 138 has been said to be the worlds smallest phone at 67 mm (2.64 inches) in length and weighs only 55 grams.

C300
The C300 (said to be the world’s smallest’ flip phone) measures just 6.8 x 4.3 x 1.9cm when closed and weighs just 70.9g.

Black Pearl
The Black Pearl Gizmodo said it was the smallest cellphone they ever used, we are not sure if this is the worlds smallest phone but it’s packed with features (MP3 player, FM tuner, voice recorder, some sort of “3D Graphics”, a thumb rocker, OLED screen, Stereo Bluetooth, 1GB Trans-Flash slot, and miniUSB compatibility)

So are any of these the world’s smallest cell phone or is there another?
