iPod Ban in Major NY Cities by State Senator

They banned cell phones in cars and now they want to ban using iPods while crossing city streets.
Most people have an iPod, a cell phone or a BlackBerry but if you use them in the crosswalk you could soon be in big trouble.

Legislation will be introduced in Albany [NY] on Wednesday to lay a $100 fine on pedestrians succumbing to what State Sen. Carl Kruger calls iPod oblivion.

New York State Senator wants to ban iPod use while crossing streets in all major NY cities, Kruger’s bill would only apply to big cities.
