When I got up this morning there was tons of time to get ready before taking the kids to school in the car, but before I knew it we were running late and when we finally all got in the car all the windows were iced up (I did say to the wife to get in the car and turn the engine on 5 mins before leaving to warm it up).
Well all we really needed was this gadget which is a remote control car starter; the Design Tech Remote Car Starter will replace your existing key fob and with just a simple push of a button on the remote your car will be started within a 1000 foot range.
When I first looked at this product I though “great someone can just take the car away while I am indoors letting my car warm up”, well later I found out I was wrong as a cool security feature is in order for the car to stay on when you put it into drive, the key needs to be in the ignition, otherwise it’ll switch itself off.
