Has Cooler Master Gone Too Far with This Heatsink

We saw this heatsink from Cooler Master and could not help thinking they have gone too far this time as it’s so big it looks like it could snap your motherboard into pieces when mounted.
The GeminII mega heatsink is half the size of your motherboard and would cool your Extreme Processor by two 120mm fans blowing over a few dozen aluminum fins and six copper heat pipes.
We do not have any price yet but this does look a bit much.
