Cell Phone Drowned in Water Make it Waterproof

Last year in 2006 I not long got a LG KG800 cell phone and went to Lego land with my daughter and we went on a water boat ride (I forgot my phone was still in my pocket).
When I come of the ride I was soaked and so was my nice cell phone, my KG800 phone was wet and dead.
Now if I had this gadget which is a Waterproof cell phone it would have saved me £200 from having to buy another as I had no phone insurance.
They say you can even make phone calls under water with these cell phones (the Sony Ericsson SO902iWP+ and the second is the Fujitsu F703i).
