One Million Sony PS3
Sony has announced that it has shipped more than one million Sony PS3’s to retailers in North America, now the question is “Will One Million Playstation 3’s be enough?”

I would guess that the answer will be simple and that is people will still not able to get hold of them because of the hype for demand people will rush to buy a PS3 all at once again.

The Sony PS3 was introduced to North America on November 17, 2006 and the demand has been just what all thought it would be (They are like gold dust).

Many people already know this when they have gone to buy a PS3 and find out they have been selling-out at retail outlets across all of North America since the day it was launched.

The first Playstation and the Playstation 2 have sold over 200 million units of hardware and also have sold over two billion software titles (that is amazing), now how will the Sony PS3 compare to this in time.

I would imagine many dedicated Sony PS2 fans will stick and wait for the PS3 as they would be loyal which means many more sales of the New PS3.

Saying that another amazing fact is the Sony PS2 still continues to sell every year and this Christmas (2006) saw the PlayStation 2 computer entertainment system a very hot gift.

Who will win the battle of the games systems? Well I guess we will have to wait to the dust settles.
