Cisco no Declaration of Use Say by To iPhone

We keep hearing more and more on the iPhone Apple vs. Cisco story and it just seem to keep getting worse and worse for Cisco (is this the Final nail in the coffin)

What it sounds like is Cisco had an iPhone trademark but you are meant to file a “Declaration of Use” every six years with the US Patent and Trademark office, they were late on this and just managed to file it within the grace period they were extended too but it also looks like Cisco should have been actively using the iPhone Trademark not just sticking stickers on a box of another product of there’s…all seems fishy to me.
