When it comes to file storage one thing I have learned is to keep as much stuff (music, photos, movies data files etc) of your pc as this slows down you computer and that’s why it always seems fastest when you first get it.
With the Maxtor Personal Storage 3100 external hard drive it is a very easy way to add storage, all you have to do is plug the hard drive into a USB port and then you immediately get up to 200GB of extra storage.
This is a lot of space and to give you an idea of how much a 200GB drive can hold, 14 hours of DV video, 3,300 hours of MP3 music and 150,000 photos.
Now that can be a lot more and different data type as with WMA music it tends to be smaller so could be many more hours.
