Robosapien V3
With a lunch date for around 2007, but we bet it may even make it for Christmas 2006 and will make it the easiest Christmas yet to get gifts as just buy a Robosapien V3.
The WowWee Robosapien V2 is much better now as he can lie down and get back up onto his feet which is way more than the first Robosapien.
Robosapien V3 will be one thing for sure and that is much bigger than V2, it will be at least a foot taller and with knowing that the Robosapien V2 is 24-inches tall this then will make the V3 half the size of a full grown human…amazing.
Can you imagine a half size human like robot in your home; this could even be a maid or a robot that gets the beers from the fridge…cool.
The Robosapien V3 may even see the end of the control pad as WowWee want to make it so you can tell him what to do and call him.
The robot world is really moving on and Robosapien V3 is sure to be much more than just a toy.

Interesting speculation - and probably pretty close to the truth, though the street price for a Robosapien V3 that size with all those features would probably be in the neighborhood of a small economy car. The orginal Robosapien was right at USD$100, and the V2 is selling for about 2.5X.
Anyway, the New York Toy show should be coming up soon, and that’s when companies like WowWee have to show their hand if they plan to introduce anything major for Christmas 2006.
