Radio Control Stealth Speedboat

I have always wanted to own my own speedboat, but sadly this may be the closest I am going to get to own a speedboat for now.
Saying that this is a cool RC speedboat, it may only be a toy but it looks great. It got a high speed (up to 20mph) is a remote controlled speed boat which is very manoeuvrable, with an aerodynamic design, around 70cm long and has 2 powerful propellers that accelerate the boat up to 20mph…impressive.
As having children myself I wanted to know what safety features this RC boat has, and important feature is that the propellers will not start up unless they are in water.
