A phone company has launches a handset for four-year-olds, no I am not joking it’s true and we cannot understand why they would do it as it will be eaten more than used by a 4 year old. (One obvious reason would be money)
The phone company is British and the mobile phone is in a teddy-bear shape and targeted at four-year-olds.

Teddyfone uses very basic mobile phone technology, with a total 4 buttons (One on each paw that can speed dial four numbers (as I am writing this I find it hard to see a 4 year old on there own needing to phone you or just needing this phone) It also has 2 panic buttons that can be pressed in an emergency. (There’s a burglar in the house just wink to your 4 year old and he will press the panic button).
There is a speaker concealed in the nose, the Teddyfone comes with no screen or keypad. One smart feature is a the child-tracking service for worried parents who, for just 50p, can find out where their child is (That’s if they get lost and do not lose the phone too, my 2 year old always loses his teddy and no I will not be getting him one of these as he is not four yet lol.

The Phone manufacturer claims its handset is safer than other phones on the market with 10 times lower emissions, but Powerwatch (a campaign group) are expressing concerns.
What Do You Think, Is it ok for a 4 year old to have a Cell / Mobile Phone?
