I love working out at the gym and when doing so need music to enjoy the experience much more, this lightweight, shockproof MP3 player from Nike/Philips looks like a much better way to listen to music than my current big 20GB iPod.
The MP3MAX PSA250 supports MP3 and WMA files and includes an FM radio, has 512MB of memory and the player is made of light metal and a rubber disc (can be worn on your arm with an armband and controls are on the wristband).
The buttons are squidgy and the LCD is of a circular design, and with a 12 hour battery life it will just outlast me at the gym…I wish.
In Summery: This is a tough music player with excellent sound quality, although the headphones are a bit slippery for exercise.
